An absolutely stunning dressing table and mirror by Meredew Ltd circa end of the 50’s, early 60’s. It is Italian inspired in design, which was very fashionable in furniture around this period & thought to be designed by Alphons Leobenstein.

The piece is solidly made with the main body and drawers veneered in high gloss pale Maple with the original period metal handles. All the drawers run smoothly, and have solid oak sides and backs - the interiors are clean, showing some light signs of use. The piece is topped with the fantastic original 3-piece, angled dressing mirror.

In excellent condition for its age, showing a few light signs of use; there are a couple of chips to the bottom of the drawers, please see the detailed pictures.
