A stunning antique French gilded vitrine, beautifully carved pediment and detailed frieze with faded painted panels. The single bow glass door opens to reveal two glass shelves, with mirrored back and original velvet interior base. On cabriole legs and gilded brass mounts. There is some damage to some of the moulded carvings and certainly to the painting, but this just adds to its authenticity and elegant beauty. There may be some slight variations in the brightness of the gold colouring on certain areas of the piece.
