This delightful desk actually started off life as a dressing table, but has been turned into a more functional, useful piece as well has having been lovingly restored and re-polished with Danish oil.

The popular 'Fresco' desk features two spacious drawers to the left, each complete with G-Plan's signature 'Fresco' solid teak handles, one central 'secret' drawer & one large cupboard to the right.

The piece has a beautiful teak grain, warm tones, and rich colours throughout.

Designed and manufactured by British cabinet maker G-Plan in the mid-twentieth century. G-Plan furniture has been noted for many years for its sound construction and excellent design.

G Plan - E. Gomme Ltd was based in High Wycombe, England, a major centre of British furniture manufacturing. The company was revered for its range of high-quality sideboards, tables, and other cabinet goods and for pioneering the concept of furniture sets designed and made to match.
