Do you work with the trade?
We take pleasure in working with Interior Designers, and have been a source of beautiful furniture and accessories for interior designers for many years. If you would like to visit our showroom with your client, please contact us with any questions you may have?
Will you help me find an object if you don't have it in your inventory?
We will be happy to let you know when we receive an item such as the one you are looking for. To receive notice of new acquisitions, join our preferred client list.
Do you buy furniture and accessories from individuals?
We are always interested in new acquisitions. Many of our finest things are purchased privately. If you have something you want to sell, please contact us via email. Clear photographs and dimensions of the item on offer are helpful.
What is the size of your entire inventory?
Erfmann Antiques holds over 100 or more pieces in stock. More important than the quantity is the quality of our inventory. Each object is carefully selected and epitomizes the best in design and workmanship.
Do you ship to clients outside the U.K?
We ship to clients all over the world and are happy to assist you with packing and shipping arrangements.
How can I find out the price of an item?
All items listed on our website should have a retail price in British pounds in addition to dimensions and description of the item.
Do you restore antiques?
We sure do! Give us a call to discuss what type of restorations you are needing. Or, send us an email with a couple of photos so we can take a closer look at your project.
Are you able to come to us?
Yes absolutely. In the first instance contact us from the website or by phone and we will arrange a convenient time to visit you and assess the potential work, cost, approach and best way forwards.
I AM NOT SATISFIED WITH MY PURCHASE, WHAT CAN I DO? We are pleased to accept returns within 15 days of purchase. Items must be in their original condition and be accompanied by a receipt. Returned furniture is subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping charges are not refundable.

Do you have a showroom? Can I view and collect?
Of course! You are more than welcome to both view and collect items from our unit with prior notice.

Where is Erfmann based?
We are conveniently located in Acton, Sudbury, Suffolk though our clients do come from a far wider catchment area due to our excellent, professional reputation.
Will I receive a written receipt?
After you place your order, we will email a copy of your receipt to you. Please print this page for your records. You will also receive a hard copy of your receipt with your item.

By logging into “My Account” you can view your orders, edit account information or track your purchases.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Erfmann Antiques has been successfully shipping antiques around the world for more than 35 years safely and insured. While almost all of our items arrive to their final destination without a problem, we have prepared for the unlikely event that an item may be damaged in shipment. Every item that is shipped is fully insured. **Please DO NOT throw away the box or packing materials. Contact Erfmann Antiques immediately 07415 300 632 so that we may work with the shipper for inspection if necessary. If your item is damaged during shipping, you will have the option of receiving a full refund, having the item repaired at no cost to you, or exchanging the item for something else in our online store. The choice is yours.
