This fabulous teak table is an 'elevator table' by Herbert Gibbs model number 6760 560. 

A ingenious space saving idea - if you have limited space you can have it in situ as a coffee table and then raise it to full height to eat your dinner off! 

In teak, the condition is good - with the movement being smooth. The patina of the wood is pale in colour and any signs of wear conducive to age and use.
