Mid Century Ladderax Wall System by Robert Heal for Staples of Cricklewood, 1960s
This Ladderax system was designed by Robert Heal and manufactured by Staples of Cricklewood in London during the 1960s. The system is made from teak veneered wood and is a smaller set of wall units.
The design classic features two large chests of three drawers, one of which has a smaller 'floating' drawing above, three large cupboards with sliding doors, two large cupboards with fold-down doors, and one small cupboard with a fold-down door. There are two working keys with this set.
There is a small amount to of sun fading to the side of the units, but this is hidden with the racks are in place.
